 We are about 20 miles from Plymouth, and 25 from Exeter. From the M4/M5 and onto the A38, exit at Wrangaton posted “Plymouth park and ride”. At the top of the ramp, turn left posted to Kingsbridge. Straight over at Kitterford Cross to California Cross. After the petrol station, take the second left signposted to Aveton Gifford and Bigbury. Again, take the second left signposted Aveton Gifford and Chillaton. At Chillaton Cross turn right, and High Barn is the first driveway on the left after about 100 yards. From Kingsbridge, take the A379 towards Plymouth. At Aveton Gifford, turn right into the village. Turn right at the end of the village, and go north passed the church. After 2 miles, turn left at Chillaton Cross, and High Barn is on the left. If you are using sat nav, you will probably be directed to Lixton, the adjacent hamlet. Watch out on your approach for Chillaton Cross, about 0.5 miles from Lixton, and follow the directions above. Some extra information to help you find us... SX 69911 050533 Long.
